FMB (Francois Marie Boyaux) tires are handmade in the Brittany region of France. The SSC Super Mud especially well-stuied to muddy, sloppy courses where good grip and the ability to shed mud are imperative to rider performance. This tire is a perfect pick for New Englanders and those racing in the Pacific Northwest. This tread is brand new for the 2011-2012 cyclocross season, and compared to its closest competitors, the SSC Super Mud is the best choice. With a couple of extra mm between knobs, the SSC Super Mud sheds mud more efficiently without compromising traction. Tread is slightly taller, allowing for a better "bite." Perfect for racing in inclement weather and training in areas of the country with variable terrain.

We currently stock the SSC Super Mud in 32mm. In stock and ready to ship. These are a great value when compared to "other brands" as each FMB already has the sidewalls sealed from the factory. No need to buy extra Aqua seal or Seam Grip with these tires.
