Cyclocross riders don't usually go outside without it on, and runners and cyclists have used it to help loosen their muscles, and endure the cold temperatures. Greyhound Juice contains beeswax, so it can also help block the wind.
Each athlete will have different preferences for the strength of their embrocation. We have found that most people will use:
Warm Weather Salve -- 50 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit
Original Formula Salve -- 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit
Super Strength Salve -- below 40 degrees Fahrenheit
Avoid putting the salve on sensitive areas! It is best to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after using Greyhound Juice. Treat your hands as if you have handled hot peppers; minimize or avoid contact with your eyes, contact lenses, and other sensitive areas.
Greyhound Juice embrocation contains some or all of the following: olive oil, shea butter, soy, beeswax, and essential oils.
